Act Twenty Five is a live choreographic work channeled through the dance forms of W*acking and Contemporary, accompanied by live music.
This solo takes place during the final act of love, Grief. An entity moves across the stage in hopes to touch a garment belonging to the ghost of someone familiar. Act Twenty Five explores the complexity of the duality of relief and grief in a South Asian, intergenerational household, and how even after our loved ones pass away, acts of service continue to bring us closer to touching the veil.

“I watched transformations happen in real time, as she trusted her instincts and began reshaping the work. She has a beautiful balance of confidence in her choreographic process and acknowledges that outside feedback can bring to light new possibilities to expand upon”
